Payment terms: 50% deposit to begin production, 50% upon final QC photos before shipping. We also accept PayPal and major credit cards at the listed price.
5. Can I order a custom size or irregular shape?
Absolutely. Every project is bespoke. You specify the exact dimensions in millimeters, and we cut every tile to fit. Curved walls, arched entrances, circular medallions, split-level surfaces — all standard for our workshop. We will send you a detailed dimensional drawing for approval before the first tile is cut.
6. Is installation support available?
Every order includes a printed installation guide with numbered tile maps and a QR code linking to a step-by-step video walkthrough.
