By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Products and Orders
- All products are custom-made to order
- Production time: 4-8 weeks depending on complexity
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Payment must be received before production begins
Custom Orders
- Custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin production
- Changes to custom orders may incur additional costs
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins
Shipping
- Worldwide shipping available
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes
- Claims for damaged shipments must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Returns and Refunds
- Standard products may be returned within 14 days
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Custom-made items are non-returnable
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days
Intellectual Property
All designs created by BiliTiles remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Limitation of Liability
BiliTiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
