定制商品退货
- 定制商品：因按您的要求制作，签收后不支持无理由退货
- 质量问题：如商品存在质量问题，请拍照并在 48 小时内联系我们
- 运输损坏：请在签收时检查包装，如发现损坏请拒收并立即联系我们
退货流程
- 在签收后 48 小时内联系我们的客服团队
- 提供订单号、商品照片及退货原因
- 我们会提供退货地址和退货指引
- 将商品妥善包装后寄回
- 我们收到并检查商品后，办理退款
不予退货的情况
- 签收超过 48 小时后申请退货
- 已使用、清洗或损坏的商品
- 定制商品（按您要求制作的）
- 商品原包装及配件不完整
- 特价商品、清仓商品
退货运费
- 我们的责任：商品存在质量问题或运输损坏 — 我们承担退货运费
- 客户原因：因个人原因（如不喜欢、不需要等）退货 — 客户承担运费
换货政策
如需换货，请在签收后 48 小时内联系我们。换货仅适用于同款商品不同规格的情况。

- Shipping damage: Inspect package upon delivery; refuse if damaged and contact us immediately

- Provide your order number, product photos, and return reason
- We will provide return address and instructions
- Package and ship the item securely
- Once we receive and inspect, we will process your refund
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 48 hours from delivery
- Used, washed, or damaged items
- Custom/made-to-order items
- Items without original packaging and accessories
- Sale or clearance items
Return Shipping Costs
- Our responsibility: Quality issues or shipping damage — we cover return shipping
- Customer responsibility: Buyer’s remorse — customer pays for return shipping
Exchanges
For exchanges, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size/specification.
